missingWrote a review on Nov 28poor cleanlinesslack of air conditioning
My experience was beyond frustrating. The air conditioning was non-existent, forcing us to endure the stifling heat all night while listening to loud neighbors. Additionally, the room was dirty. stained blankets, towels, and even hair on the bathroom door made it feel unwelcoming. Clearly, this hotel is in desperate need of maintenance and a major clean-up. We had to pay extra for parking that was located quite far away, which only added to our disappointment.

During our stay, the location was perfect for our family adventures, close to the Long Beach Convention Center. The room was clean and comfortable, which made it easy to unwind after a busy day exploring the area with our small child.
In my wife’s opinion, the parking situation was a hassle. A designated drop-off area for families would help significantly.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the charming antique floor heater and how cozy my Deluxe Queen Room felt! The hotel had a great lounge area and even a little garden to relax in after a day of sightseeing. The only downside was that the bathroom was quite small, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

missingWrote a review on Jun 19comfortable roomattentive staffnoise disturbancesexcessive parking feeslimited street parking
The recently renovated room offered a clean and comfortable stay, adding to the convenience of my trip with great wi-fi for work and attentive staff who provided prompt service. However, noise from the alley during the night was disruptive, and parking fees felt excessive without nearby street options. The hotel’s location was advantageous for exploring the area, but the disturbances impacted the overall experience significantly.
